Synopsis

Dhadak is a beautiful saga of love blooming in most unpredictable and the harshest of environments. Set in rural Rajasthan, the film introduces Janhvi Kapoor, daughter of veteran actress Sridevi, to the silver screen. Ishaan Khatter, has already garnered appreciation for his performance in an international project. Naturally, the chemistry between the two fresh faces is one of Dhadak’s most intriguing highlights. There is a strong involvement of elements like caste differences and honor killings in the story. Brimming with love and its turmoils at the same time, the film is a remake of the Marathi blockbuster Sairat.
