Directed by Ridley Scott and written by David Scarpa, All The Money In The World is a crime thriller. The movie is based on the book titled “Painfully Rich: The Outrageous Fortunes and Misfortunes of the Heirs of J. Paul Getty” written by John Pearson. It features Michelle Williams, Christopher Plummer, Mark Wahlberg, Romain Duris, Charlie Plummer, Andrew Buchan and Timothy Hutton. The story revolves around the kidnapping of a 16 year old John Paul Getty III and the attempt by his mother Gail to convince his billionaire grandfather to pay the ransom.
