If your Voter ID (EPIC) card is lost or stolen, you can retrieve it in two ways:

• Download the electronic copy (e-EPIC) instantly from the Voter Portal (voters.eci.gov.in), NVSP, or the Voter Helpline App. You can find your EPIC number on the electoral roll.
• To apply for a physical duplicate card, obtain and submit Form EPIC-002 at your nearest Electoral Registration Office (ERO). If lost or stolen, you must also file an FIR and attach the police complaint copy along with identity and address proof.
