What if voter id is lost

If your Voter ID card is lost, you can apply for a duplicate card through the following steps:

• File an FIR at the nearest police station, as a copy is required for the application.
• Submit Form EPIC-002 online via the Voters' Services Portal (voters.eci.gov.in) or offline at your local Electoral Office.
• Attach necessary documents, including the FIR copy, identity proof, address proof, and a recent photograph.
• Once approved, you can download a digital version (e-EPIC) or wait for the physical card to be delivered.
