To obtain a Voter ID card (EPIC), which is free of charge, an eligible Indian citizen (18+ years old) must apply by filling out the official application form.

• Apply online through the official Voters’ Services Portal (voters.eci.gov.in) and fill Form 6, uploading the required documents, which include proof of age and address.
• Alternatively, apply offline by obtaining and submitting Form 6 along with your supporting documents at the nearest Election Office or to the Booth Level Officer.

The card will be dispatched to your residential address after your application is approved.
