To reissue a lost, stolen, or damaged Voter ID card, you must apply for a duplicate card.

• Apply either online on the National Voter Service Portal (NVSP) or offline at your nearest Electoral Registration Office (ERO) using Form EPIC-002.
• For loss or theft, a copy of the registered FIR is mandatory.
• You must also attach a recent photograph, along with identity and address proof.
• Once approved, you can download your duplicate Voter ID card as an e-EPIC.
