You can link your Aadhaar card with your Voter ID (EPIC) using both online and offline methods by submitting Form 6B, as the process is voluntary.

• Online: Use the official Voter Service Portal (voters.eci.gov.in) or the Voter Helpline App to fill out and submit Form 6B. Self-authentication can be done via OTP sent to your Aadhaar-registered mobile number.
• Offline: You can submit a physical application in Form 6B, along with copies of your Aadhaar and EPIC cards, to your nearest Booth Level Officer (BLO) or a Voter Help Centre.
• Mobile: You may also link via SMS by sending ECILINK to 166 or 51969.
