You can get a duplicate Voter ID card if your original is lost, stolen, or damaged. You can apply through both online and offline procedures using Form EPIC-002.

• Online: Visit the National Voter Service Portal (NVSP), select the duplicate ID option, fill the form, and upload documents.
• Offline: Obtain and submit Form EPIC-002 at your nearest Electoral Registration Office (ERO).
• Required Documents: Include an FIR copy (for theft or loss), proof of identity, proof of address, and a passport-sized photograph.

Once approved, you can download your duplicate card as an e-EPIC.
