The digital Voter ID, called the e-EPIC card, can be downloaded for free from the official Voter Services Portal (voters.eci.gov.in) or the Voter Helpline App.

• Log in to the portal or app.
• Go to the 'E-EPIC Download' section.
• Enter your EPIC number or Form Reference Number.
• Verify your details via the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
• If your mobile number is not linked, complete the e-KYC process first.
• Click 'Download e-EPIC' to save the legally valid PDF.
