how to get voter id card if lost
You can either download the digital e-EPIC or apply for a duplicate card.
- **Download the e-EPIC:** Access the official Voter Services Portal (voters.eci.gov.in) or the Voter Helpline App. Use your EPIC number or Form-6 reference number to log in, verify via OTP on your registered mobile number, and download the e-EPIC PDF. This digital copy is a valid proof of identity.
- **Apply for a Duplicate Card:** First, file a Police Report (FIR). Then, submit Form EPIC-002 online or at your Electoral Office with a copy of the FIR and necessary identity/address proofs.
