To get your original Voter ID Card (Electors Photo Identity Card or EPIC), you must first be a registered voter.

• New applicants must apply using Form-6 on the Election Commission of India's Voter Services Portal (VSP) or the state's Chief Electoral Officer website. The physical card is mailed upon successful registration.
• For registered voters, you can download the digital e-EPIC card from the VSP or the Voter Helpline App. You will need your EPIC number and an updated mobile number for OTP verification.

The downloaded e-EPIC is a legally valid form of voter identification that you can print or self-laminate.
