To enroll for a Voter ID card, you must be an Indian citizen, 18 years or older, and a resident of the constituency. The enrollment process can be completed as follows:

• Visit the National Voters' Service Portal (NVSP) or your state's Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) website.
• Fill and submit Form 6 (Application for inclusion of name in the Electoral Roll).
• Upload copies of required documents for proof of age and address.
• Alternatively, submit a physical Form 6 to the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) for your area.

Once your application is successfully verified, your Electoral Photo Identity Card (EPIC) will be issued.
