To download your digital voter ID, known as the e-EPIC, you must use the official Voter Services Portal (voters.eci.gov.in) or the Voter Helpline Mobile App. You will need your Electoral Photo Identity Card (EPIC) number or your Form-6 reference number.

• Log in to the portal or app using your registered mobile number.
• Navigate to the "E-EPIC Download" feature.
• Enter your EPIC number or Form Reference number and select your state.
• Verify your identity via an OTP sent to your linked mobile number to download the e-EPIC PDF.
• If your mobile number is not linked, you must first complete e-KYC or update it using Form 8.
