You can download your digital Voter ID (e-EPIC) from the official Voters' Services Portal or the Voter Helpline App.

• Visit the portal (voters.eci.gov.in) and log in.
• Go to 'E-EPIC Download' and enter your EPIC number or Form Reference number.
• Verify your registered mobile number using the OTP.
• Click 'Download e-EPIC' to save the PDF.

If your mobile number is not linked to your voter record, you must complete the e-KYC process or fill out Form 8 before you can download the card.
