Who can use the UPI Circle feature

Anyone with a registered UPI ID can use the UPI Circle feature once it's rolled out by their bank or UPI app. Apps like Paytm are expected to integrate it soon for easier group transactions. Users must belong to the same app ecosystem to join and participate in a payment circle.
