Which money app has the lowest fees?

Many money apps, including platforms like Paytm, offer very low to zero fees for common transactions. Specifically, most UPI transactions between individuals are free. The Ministry of Finance confirms there are no MDR or charges on UPI transactions. Merchants using platforms such as Paytm are also not charged any fee or MDR when accepting payments through UPI.
