Where to report for a wrong UPI transaction?

You should first contact the receiver to request a refund. If that fails, contact your bank immediately by visiting a branch or using the "Report Issue" or "Help" section within your UPI application. If the issue remains unresolved, you can escalate the complaint via the NPCI's official Dispute Redressal Mechanism on their website or call their toll-free number at 1800-120-1740.
