What is the process for offline UPI

You can use offline UPI without internet by dialing *99# from your phone. First, make sure your mobile number is linked to your bank account and you have a UPI PIN. Then, dial *99# and select your desired language. \n\nYou'll be asked to enter the last six digits of your debit card and its expiry date for verification. Once activated, dial *99# again, choose \"Send Money,\" enter the recipient's details (like their mobile number linked to UPI), the amount (up to ₹5,000), and your UPI PIN to confirm the payment.
