What is a UPI ID and how do I create one on Paytm?

A UPI ID is a unique payment address that allows you to send and receive money through UPI without sharing your bank account details. You can choose from multiple available UPI ID options. Go to your Paytm Profile from the top-left corner, tap UPI & Payment Settings, select your preferred UPI ID as primary, and you are done.
