What if the UPI dispute is not resolved?

If a UPI dispute is not resolved at the initial level (UPI app or bank), the complaint is escalated to the bank managing the receiver's account. If the issue remains unresolved, the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) steps in through their official redressal platform. As a final recourse for unresolved issues, you can escalate the complaint to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Ombudsman via the RBI CMS portal.
