Can we transfer money from UPI lite without internet?

Using basic UPI Lite usually needs internet or mobile connectivity, but with UPI Lite X, offline money transfer without internet is possible using NFC between devices. Both sender and receiver must have UPI Lite X enabled and then sync transactions online within a few days.
