Is Paytm UPI shutting down?

Paytm has clarified there will be no disruption for users making UPI payments on the platform, ensuring both consumer and merchant transactions remain seamless. The concern about an August 31st shutdown, sparked by Google Play alerts, relates only to a simple update for uninterrupted recurring payments. All other UPI transactions on the app will continue without any change.
