Is a transaction ID the same as a UTR number

A transaction ID and UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number are not always the same. While UTR is used primarily for bank-to-bank transfers, a UPI transaction ID is specific to UPI apps and tracks payments within the UPI ecosystem.
