How to solve UPI problems?

To solve UPI problems, follow these steps:
  • Check your internet connectivity and ensure your mobile number is linked to your bank account.
  • Update your payment app to the latest version and verify your UPI PIN if transactions fail.
  • If money is debited but not received, wait for the T+1 day auto-reversal period as per RBI guidelines.
  • Raise a complaint through the Help and Support section of your app or the NPCI Dispute Redressal Mechanism portal.
  • For unresolved issues, contact your bank or call the NPCI toll-free helpline at 1800-120-1740.
