How to reverse any UPI transaction?

It is generally not possible to cancel a successful UPI transaction after entering your UPI PIN. If money was sent to an incorrect recipient, you should contact them immediately to request a refund. If this fails, contact your bank for further assistance. For failed transactions where money was debited but not received, an auto-reversal is typically initiated within 1-5 days. If the money is not returned, raise a complaint via the app used, then with your bank, and finally escalate to NPCI if necessary.
