If you have forgotten your UPI PIN, you cannot retrieve the old one for security reasons. Instead, you must reset it using your UPI-enabled application. To set a new PIN, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the bank accounts section in your app and select the relevant bank account.
- Choose the Forgot UPI PIN or Reset PIN option.
- Enter the required authentication details, such as the last six digits of your debit card and its expiry date, or use your Aadhaar details if supported.
- Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and set your new 4 or 6-digit UPI PIN.
