How to register a UPI ID?

To register a UPI ID, download a UPI-enabled mobile application and follow these steps:

• Enter your mobile number linked to your bank account for SMS verification.
• Select your bank from the list to fetch your account details automatically.
• Create a unique Virtual Payment Address (VPA) or UPI ID.
• Set a secure UPI PIN using your debit card details (last six digits and expiry date) and the OTP received.

Once the PIN is set, your UPI ID is registered and ready for instant money transfers.
