How to pay for an IPO through UPI?

To pay for an IPO using UPI, follow these steps:

• Apply for the IPO through your stockbroker's platform and select UPI as the payment method.
• Enter your valid UPI ID linked to your bank account.
• You will receive a mandate request on your UPI mobile application.
• Approve the mandate by entering your UPI PIN to block the required funds in your bank account.
• The blocked amount is debited only if you receive an allotment; otherwise, it is unblocked.
