How to get a UPI ID for Paytm?

To get a UPI ID for Paytm, you need to link your bank account to the app. Once linked, Paytm automatically generates a unique UPI ID for you. You can also create a personalized UPI ID by following these steps:

• Open the Paytm app and tap your profile icon in the top-left corner.
• Select UPI and Payment Settings.
• Under the UPI ID section, tap View or Edit.
• Choose from the available extensions like @ptaxis, @pthdfc, @ptsbi, or @ptyes and click Proceed to activate your new ID.
