RuPay credit card UPI charges depend on the merchant category and transaction type. For most personal transactions, there are no fees, but certain business or high-value transactions may attract MDR (Merchant Discount Rate) as per RBI and NPCI guidelines. The user typically doesn’t pay any charge for normal UPI payments using RuPay credit cards.
