How much time does the NPCI take to process a complaint?

The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has a multi-level resolution process for UPI complaints. The final review by NPCI is estimated to take 7–10 working days to resolve the issue. Before reaching the NPCI, complaints are first processed at the TPAP (App level) and PSP Bank levels, each taking several days.
