How long does it take for UPI complaint to be resolved?

When a complaint is raised regarding a UPI transaction through your UPI application or bank, the issue is generally resolved within 1 to 3 working days. Taking timely action ensures your complaint is handled efficiently and increases the chances of a quick resolution. If the issue remains unresolved, you can escalate it through the grievance section of your UPI app or the NPCI’s dispute redressal portal.
