Does my bank impose a yearly limit on UPI payments

Generally, banks don't have a yearly limit on UPI payments. The main limits you'll see are per day and per transaction. For most regular payments, the daily limit is ₹1 lakh. However, some special payments like those for capital markets or insurance can have a higher limit of ₹2 lakh per day. For things like IPO applications, it can go up to ₹5 lakh per day.
