Can we find a person with an UPI ID?

Generally, you cannot directly find the full personal details of a person using only their UPI ID. UPI platforms, such as Paytm, do not reveal the full details of a UPI ID owner due to privacy concerns. If you have sent money incorrectly, you can usually view the UPI ID in your transaction history, but you will need to contact the platform's support or escalate the issue to NPCI for further assistance.
