Can I use UPI from outside India with a VPN

UPI is designed for domestic Indian transactions, and most banks block UPI use abroad. Using a VPN to appear in India may still fail due to geolocation and compliance checks. Some NRIs can access UPI through international mobile numbers registered with select banks.
