Can a wrong UPI transaction be reversed

A UPI transaction can only be reversed if the receiver voluntarily refunds the money or if both banks agree after investigation. NPCI does not allow automatic reversal since UPI transactions are instant. You must raise a complaint within 24–48 hours for best results.
