Can a fake UPI payment be reversed?

If you are a victim of fake UPI fraud, immediate reporting is crucial. A genuine UPI transaction cannot be canceled after the PIN is entered. However, in cases of fraud, you should immediately report the scam through your UPI app’s "Help" section. You can also contact your bank, dial the National Cyber Crime Helpline (1930), or file a complaint on the Cyber Crime Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) for assistance with recovery.
