Can QR codes expire?

Static QR codes do not expire and function indefinitely. However, dynamic QR codes can expire. Expiration depends on several factors, including the service provider's policies, the subscription status of the service used to generate the code, and the lifespan of the content they link to. Some codes, like those generated by Microsoft Word, can be used for years.
