You can update your PAN card details online through the two authorised government portals: the Protean PAN website (formerly NSDL e-Gov) or the UTIITSL portal. Both websites allow you to fill out the 'Request for New PAN Card Or/And Changes or Correction in PAN Data' form. Alternatively, you can apply offline by downloading and submitting the correction form along with the necessary supporting documents to the nearest NSDL or UTIITSL collection centre.
