Where to send pan card application

PAN card applications can be submitted online through the official Protean (formerly NSDL) or UTIITSL websites. If you choose to submit physical documents, you must mail your application to the following addresses:

• Protean: Income Tax PAN Services Unit, Protean eGov Technologies Limited, 4th Floor, Sapphire Chambers, Baner Road, Baner, Pune – 411045.
• UTIITSL: Applications can be sent to their regional offices in Mumbai (CBD Belapur), Kolkata, Chennai, or New Delhi.

Additionally, you can submit forms in person at authorized PAN service centers nationwide.
