where to link aadhar and pan card
The primary location to link your Aadhaar and PAN is the official Income Tax Department’s e-Filing portal. You can find the 'Link Aadhaar' service under the 'Quick Links' section on the homepage.
- Visit the e-Filing Portal.
- Go to 'Quick Links' and select 'Link Aadhaar' to enter your PAN and Aadhaar number.
- The process includes fee payment and verification via an OTP sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
- As an alternative, you can link them by sending an SMS in the format UIDPAN <12-digit Aadhaar> <10-digit PAN> to 567678 or 56161.
