To remove or release a PAN card from your IRCTC account, you must request account deactivation by emailing IRCTC Customer Care at
[email protected]. There is currently no direct feature to unlink a PAN card through the profile settings on the website or app. Your email should include:
- Your IRCTC User ID
- Registered mobile number and email address
- PAN card number
- A declaration stating you wish to release your PAN and understand that any remaining IRCTC e-wallet balance is non-refundable
Once the account is deactivated, the PAN is released for future use.
