You can rectify or correct details on your PAN card by applying online through the official Protean (formerly NSDL e-Gov) or UTIITSL portals.

• Visit the website and select 'Change/Correction in PAN Data' to access the correction form.
• Submit the required documents (existing PAN copy, proof of identity, address, and date of birth) and pay the applicable fee.
• The paperless Aadhaar OTP-based e-KYC option is available for faster processing.

After submission, you will receive an acknowledgement number to track your application status.
