To make a PAN card offline, you must visit a nearby PAN service centre or an authorised UTIITSL or NSDL office. The systematic process involves:
- Obtain and fill out the physical Form 49A (for individuals) or Form 49AA (for foreign citizens).
- Submit the completed form along with necessary documents (proof of identity, address, and date of birth) and a passport-sized photograph.
- Pay the applicable application fee at the centre.
Upon successful submission, you will receive an acknowledgment slip that you can use to track the status of your new PAN card application.
