How to link email to pan card

To link your email ID to your PAN card, you can use the official Income Tax e-Filing portal or the Protean (formerly NSDL) website.

• Log in to the Income Tax e-Filing portal and update your contact details in the My Profile section using Aadhaar-based OTP.
• Alternatively, visit the Protean TIN website and select the "Changes or Correction in existing PAN Data" application.
• Fill in the required details, including your new email ID, and complete the Aadhaar e-KYC authentication.
• Submit the form and pay the applicable fee to finalize the update.
