A duplicate PAN card, which is a reprint of your existing one, can be issued if the original is lost, stolen, or damaged. You can apply for this online through the official portals of Protean (formerly NSDL) or UTIITSL.

• Provide your PAN number, Aadhaar number, and date of birth for verification.
• Your identity will be authenticated via an OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
