To get your digital PAN card, or e-PAN, you can use the official government portals.

• If you are a new applicant and do not have an existing PAN, you can obtain an **Instant e-PAN** instantly and free of cost from the Income Tax e-Filing portal using your Aadhaar number.
• For existing PAN holders, you can download your e-PAN from the **Income Tax e-Filing portal**, the **Protean (formerly NSDL)**, or the **UTIITSL** websites. This typically requires your PAN or acknowledgement number and OTP for verification.
• Note that a nominal fee, which is currently around INR 8.26 or INR 26, may apply if the download request is made long after your PAN was allotted.
