How to edit pan card photo

To change or edit your PAN card photo, you must officially apply for a correction to your PAN data. You cannot simply upload a new photo online. The official process requires you to:

• Download and fill out the 'Request for New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data' form.
• Tick the 'Photo Mismatch' option on the application.
• Submit the completed form, along with required documents and two recent photographs, at the nearest PAN application centre (managed by NSDL or UTIITSL).
