how to download your pan card

You can download your e-PAN card from the official Income Tax e-Filing portal, Protean (formerly NSDL), or UTIITSL websites.

• For instant download, visit the Income Tax e-Filing portal's 'Instant e-PAN' section.
• Select 'Check Status/Download PAN', enter your Aadhaar number, and verify with the OTP sent to your Aadhaar-registered mobile number.
• Alternatively, use the Protean or UTIITSL portals, which may require a small fee if the PAN was allotted over 30 days ago.
• The downloaded e-PAN is a password-protected PDF, and the password is your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format.
