You can easily download your lost PAN card as an e-PAN from the official websites of the issuing agencies (Protean/NSDL or UTIITSL) or the Income Tax e-Filing portal.

• You will need your PAN Number or the acknowledgement number, and your Date of Birth.
• Authentication is done via an OTP sent to your registered mobile number or email.
• A nominal fee may apply for the e-PAN download if your PAN was allotted more than 30 days ago.

These portals also allow you to apply for a physical reprint of the card.
